Also, new ceramic tile, pantry cabinets, and new light fixtures were installed. The existing electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems were all updated as well to create a better work environment. |

Tingey HouseBuilt in 1804, this house at the Washington Navy Yard is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This high profile renovation of the interior, exterior and grounds involved extensive construction site coordination and administration and had an expedited construction schedule. The project included meticulous and historically appropriate repairs to masonry, plaster and wood surfaces. |

Boys & Girls ClubThe original building was built is 1937. This renovation project included a new HVAC system, updated electrical, new sprinkler system, new windows, doors, and other finishes. Care was taken to reproduce the look of a 1930’s building while making the building useful for the Club’s modern activities. |
