Maximizing Space

The goal of this project was to eliminate the choppy floor plan. By relocating the bathroom and laundry room, they were able to maximize the kitchen space. A structural engineer was brought in to remove load bearing walls and replace them with steal I-beams. Open cabinetry allowed space for the owners to display their collections.
